The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and combines modern design with generous indoor and outdoor spaces. The heart of the villa is the bright open-plan living area, where a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounge come together in one inviting setting. Large glass surfaces bring in plenty of natural light, while the 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.
The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and groups. One en-suite bedroom is located on the ground floor, a second en-suite bedroom is situated on the lower level, and two spacious master en-suite bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedrooms share a balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. Two bedrooms also feature dedicated workspaces, making the villa suitable for remote work and longer stays.
The lower level is dedicated to fun and recreation. Guests can enjoy a billiard room, PS5 VR, table football, table tennis, a treadmill, a stationary bike, and additional space for socializing and entertainment.
Outside, the private 30 m² swimming pool becomes the centerpiece of the property. Whether you start the day with a refreshing swim or spend the afternoon relaxing by the water, the outdoor area is designed for making the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Location
Our villas are located in the village Kringa, a small place in Central Istria. Kringa is a popular destination for tourists and has a lot of vacation houses for rent. There are not a lot of neighbors around our villas. Those that are, are local residents and other holiday houses.
A great advantage of coming to Kringa on a holiday is that you get to experience life in rural surroundings in the heart of Istria, but also, because of its location, whenever you want you can go and visit the coast, bigger places and towns around, and most of them are under 20 minutes of driving. In other words, you get the best of both worlds
There is a great Istrian restaurant just 100 meters from the the villas offering traditional Istrian food like boškarin goulash, beefsteak with truffles, pasta with truffles, and other specialties.

Super modernes Haus
Wir waren insgesamt vier befreundete Familien mit vier Kleinkindern. Erfreulicherweise waren alle Schlafzimmer, Bäder ähnlich ausgestattet, sodass die Zimmeraufteilung problemlos verlief. Der Wohn- Essbereich, sowie die Außenanlage sind gut ausgestattet, sodass man dort auch bei einem regnerischen Tag sehr gut verweilen kann. Im Keller befindet sich ein Aufenthaltsraum mit wahnsinnig vielen Spielangeboten auch für Erwachsene. Wir dachten, dass wir diesen Bereich mehr nutzen, jedoch verging die Zeit wie im Flug. Von dem Ferienhaus aus, erreicht man viele größere Urlaubsziele,Strände innerhalb ca. 30min Fahrzeit. Sollten während des Aufenthalts Fragen aufkommen, ist Marko immer problemlos zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Ferienhaus sowohl für Familien, als auch Freundesgruppen weiterempfehlen
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Super Aktivitäten im Haus vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich. Alles im allem werden wir wiederkommen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Von A bis Z war alles perfekt. Super nette Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause ,super Ausstattung alles sauber und Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Wir können es mehr als empfehlen
