Description

Villa Martin accommodates up to 10 guests across 175 m², with a private 26 m² pool as the centrepiece of the outdoor space. The property sits behind a high perimeter wall – a genuine plus for families with young children or dogs.
The ground floor brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together in an open layout. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The living room features a stone accent wall and a 65″ Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, as well as a sofa that can be turned into sleeping space for 2 persons.
Upstairs, four bedrooms are arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 – Double bed, fan
- Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, fan
- Bedroom 3 – Double bed, air conditioning, balcony with garden and village views
- Master Bedroom – Double bed, air conditioning, private en-suite bathroom, 42″ TV with streaming services, safe, desk with chairs, and balcony
Outside, a stone charcoal grill and a terrace dining area are set up for outdoor meals. A covered gazebo with seating provides shade during the day and a relaxed spot for the evening. The pool area includes sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.

Location
Our villas are located in the village Kringa, a small place in Central Istria. Kringa is a popular destination for tourists and has a lot of vacation houses for rent. There are not a lot of neighbors around our villas. Those that are, are local residents and other holiday houses.
A great advantage of coming to Kringa on a holiday is that you get to experience life in rural surroundings in the heart of Istria, but also, because of its location, whenever you want you can go and visit the coast, bigger places and towns around, and most of them are under 20 minutes of driving. In other words, you get the best of both worlds
There is a great Istrian restaurant just 100 meters from the the villas offering traditional Istrian food like boškarin goulash, beefsteak with truffles, pasta with truffles, and other specialties.
