Location
Our villas are located in the village Kringa, a small place in Central Istria. Kringa is a popular destination for tourists and has a lot of vacation houses for rent. There are not a lot of neighbors around our villas. Those that are, are local residents and other holiday houses.
A great advantage of coming to Kringa on a holiday is that you get to experience life in rural surroundings in the heart of Istria, but also, because of its location, whenever you want you can go and visit the coast, bigger places and towns around, and most of them are under 20 minutes of driving. In other words, you get the best of both worlds
There is a great Istrian restaurant just 100 meters from the the villas offering traditional Istrian food like boškarin goulash, beefsteak with truffles, pasta with truffles, and other specialties.

A wonderful place to spend your Christmas holidays!
Віла чудово обладнена, у ній є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Гарна та сучасна кухня, велика вітальня та зона відпочинку з чудовими та зручними меблями. Спальні кімнати просторі та мають зручні ліжка. Попри холодну погоду, у віллі було комфортно та тепло. Парковка перед будинком велика та простора, що дуже зручно для великиї компаній, як наша. Наше перебування припало на зимові свята, тому ми були дуже вдячні господарю Івану за чудову різдвяну ялинку та новорічні прикраси і особлива подяка за невеличкий солодкий подарунок під ялинкою для дітей та дорослих. Також, господар Іван підтримував з нами зв'язок та допомогав з усіма питаннями протягом нашого перебування. Навіть надав чудовий та корисний список рекомендацій стосовно ресторанів, визначних місць та магазинів. З радістю сподіваємося повернутися в майбутньому та відвідати це місце і в інші сезони. Дякую!
